Hey! Thanks for checking me out! I'm your friendly local dork.
Watercolor landscapes are my comfort zone, but I'm always trying new things.
I don't mind getting thanked for faves, etc. but I don't typically reply. Know that I give support if I think it is deserved, so you're welcome! I'm super happy and flattered whenever I get likes and especially thought-out comments, but I have limited internet time so I can't thank everyone.

(Evil British accent) You can expect to see more from me in the days to come...
I have been away at a cabin in the woods for the past week, and it has been fantastic! While away from work, I had the time and motivation to get some art dive. You can expect to see that posted within a few days from the drive home tomorrow. I'm really happy with some of it! A few of my watercolors followed the rules for the Watercolorists' AquaChallenge, so I might enter one if I get the confidence.
Also, I finally have a drawing on the last page of the thick hardcover sketchbook I started in 2016! If anyone is interested, I might write a journal on that

Mantis religiosa sounds more like a spell from a Harry Potter movie than the Latin name
for an insect
